We want you to love your saree. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Sarees marked as final sale or part of a limited-edition clearance are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Log in to My Orders, select the relevant order, and raise a return request, or contact us directly with your order number.
Pickup & Refund
Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item, or credited to your Vastraa Mahal wallet if you prefer store credit.
Exchanges
Currently we do not offer direct exchanges - please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like instead.
