Delivery Timelines
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days across India via our logistics partner, Delhivery. Remote pincodes may take slightly longer. You can check serviceability for your pincode on any product page.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,999. Orders below this value carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track anytime at vastraamahal.com/track-order using your order number and phone number.
Delays
While we work with a reliable courier partner, occasional delays can happen due to weather, regional restrictions, or high-volume periods like festive season. We'll keep you informed if your order is affected.
